Monday 8.20.12 WOD:

Skill/Strength:  Deadlift 5x5

Checkout WOD:
AMRAP 10
Pull Ups
Squats
Abmat Situps
Push Press
Rest 1 Minute
Each athlete will perform each exercise for 1 minute. (Fight Gone Bad Style)
Score is total reps of each exercise added together at the end of 10 minutes.
