1. 6 sets x 2 reps of Snatch On the Minute for 6 minutes at 65% of 1 rep max.

2. 6 sets x 2 reps of Clean and Jerk On the Minute for 6 minutes at 65% of 1 rep max.

3. 8 sets x 2 reps of Squat Box Jumps.

4. 3 rounds for time:

  6 Deadlifts (275. 185)
12 Box Jumps (24,20)
18 Toes to Bar
